-Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.

-Original tags must still be on and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

-Items returned past 14 days of purchase are ineligible for a return or exchange.

-Items in the Health & Wellness, Auggie Doggie, Swimwear, and Sale sections are Final Sale. 

For Online Orders:

-Items may be returned either in-store or mailed to 1605 Queen St, Unit 111, Wilmington, NC 28401 within 14 days of delivered date for store credit. Original tags must still be on and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

-Due to the Cargo District being a new and constantly developing area, please notify A&Z management of your return so they are aware of an incoming package.
